steps to check out what is the time in bsnl now:
1.Open run.
2.Type "cmd"(without quotes) there and then press enter.
3.Copy this "telnet 10.240.144.195 13"(without quotes).
4.Just paste this by right clicking near the prompt and click paste there.
5.Then press enter.
6.Now see what is the time it displays (like sat sep 21:03:33 2007).
