The prototype Wellness mobile phone from Japan's NTT DoCoMo Inc. helps the busy users to keep track their health. The mobile has an inbuilt motion sensor which detects body movement and calculates how many calories burnt. The sensor also tells whether the user is walking, running, climbing stairs, or resting, and counts the calories accordingly. It looks like a portable personal trainer. The handset also keeps track of jogs, letting users set targets and keeping track of time, distance, and calories burnt — all while listening to music through headphones.A sensor at the top of the phone also checks pulse from the fingertip. It also asks questions to assess stress levels and offers advice.
